DAWN Subscriptions

A DAWN subscription provides repeat orders rather than a one-off purchase. Billing and delivery intervals are every 30 days, not once per calendar month. Carrier transit time is additional to the delivery schedule.

Standard UK delivery for DAWN subscriptions is free, with no minimum spend. Other items in a mixed basket may have additional delivery charges, shown before payment.

Charges, Plans And Discounts

By choosing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments for the plan you agree to before payment. The plan and offer show the products, quantity, billing frequency, recurring price, any minimum commitment and cancellation conditions. Read the applicable discount terms, including eligibility and duration.

Checkout may show a recurring merchandise subtotal before separately applied discounts. The order summary shows the discounts applied and the amount due for that order. A discount applied to one order does not, by itself, confirm the net charge for every future renewal; your agreed plan and discount terms determine which discounts continue.

We will not impose an unagreed subscription price change. Any lawful change to your plan must be explained before it takes effect, with notice, any agreement required by law and an opportunity to cancel where required.

Stopping Future Charges And Deliveries

To cancel future subscription charges and deliveries, email hello@bluelifestyle.co with enough information to identify your subscription, such as the email address used for the order and an order number if available. You can also contact us there to request a change to your plan.

Contact us before your next scheduled payment if you want to stop that payment. We will confirm the cancellation and its effective date. We do not add a minimum commitment or cancellation fee that was not clearly disclosed, agreed and lawful. This does not impose an extra notice period on a statutory cancellation right.

A payment already processed is not automatically reversed just because you stop future charges. Any cancellation, return or refund entitlement for that order is dealt with under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Returns And Your Statutory Rights

Where UK online cancellation rights apply to a subscription covering regular deliveries, the initial statutory cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day the first delivery is received. This is separate from cancelling future subscription charges and does not promise a new statutory cooling-off period at every 30-day renewal.

We accept change-of-mind returns of unopened, unused products with their original product seals intact under our Refund Policy. Opened or used products are excluded from change-of-mind returns only to the extent permitted by law. Opening ordinary outer packaging alone does not remove a statutory cancellation right.

Faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods retain their statutory remedies even after opening. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Other Purchase Options

If a product is offered as a pre-order, deferred-payment purchase or try-before-you-buy offer, its specific payment, delivery and cancellation terms must be made clear before you order. Do not assume that DAWN's 30-day subscription schedule applies to another purchase option. Any statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply.
