UK Delivery For DAWN

  • One-off DAWN orders: standard UK delivery is GBP 3.95 below the GBP 50 qualifying order-value threshold and free at GBP 50 or above.
  • DAWN subscriptions: standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend.

Your available delivery options and charge are shown at checkout before payment. These rates apply to DAWN, not automatically to every Blue product. If your basket contains other products, checkout shows any additional delivery charge. Free DAWN subscription delivery does not promise free delivery for the whole mixed basket.

Subscription Schedule

DAWN subscription billing and delivery intervals are every 30 days, not once per calendar month. Carrier transit time is additional to that schedule, so deliveries are not promised to arrive on the same date each month. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

Delivery Availability And Timing

Any delivery restrictions and any delivery date or period agreed for your order will be made clear before you order. Do not assume that a service or destination is available if checkout does not offer it.

Unless we agree a different delivery time or period with you, we must deliver without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. For repeat deliveries, the agreed subscription schedule applies. Any delivery estimate does not remove your statutory rights if an order is late or does not arrive.

Delivery Details And Problems

Please check your delivery address before paying. If it needs correcting, email hello@bluelifestyle.co promptly. We will explain what can be changed before dispatch.

If an order is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us at the same email address. We are responsible for resolving problems with the carrier we arrange. The goods remain at our risk until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession, unless you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

You do not have to pursue our carrier yourself to obtain a remedy from Blue. Your cancellation, refund and other statutory rights remain available where the law provides them. See our Refund Policy.
