At Blue®, we take product quality seriously and want every customer to have a great experience.
Due to the nature of our products, all food supplements and consumable items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
This policy is in place for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Supporting photographs where applicable
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
MISSING ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under EU consumer regulations, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once unsealed.
